Specialties of meat is stored in a special furnace Josper charcoal. The meat is served on a plate that is heated all the time and can be cooked by the guest himself on the spot.
SALMON IN PARCHMENT
French way of processing food with the help of steam. Vegetables and fish are cooked inside the baking paper, allowing it to smell and taste in the steam of the batch.
